MV Therapy issues an official invoice for massage services – on paper or digitally. Our invoices meet all requirements and are accepted by Estonian insurance companies, employers and institutions.
Paper and digital invoice
Paper invoice
We issue a paper invoice on site after the session. It shows the name of the service, the date, the amount and the details of MV Therapy OÜ. You can submit it to your insurer the same day.
Digital invoice by e-mail
On request we e-mail the invoice as a PDF within 24 hours. Easy to archive and forward to your employer or insurer without keeping paper.
What the invoice includes
Name and description of the service, session date, amount paid, name, registry code and address of MV Therapy OÜ. The document meets the requirements of the Estonian Accounting Act.
Issuing the invoice is completely free – it is a natural part of our service. Please let us know before the session if you would like a digital copy.

Tax-free benefit
Income Tax Act (TuMS) §48(5⁵) allows employers to reimburse employee health promotion costs tax-free up to €400 per employee per year. Massage therapy is among the accepted costs. Check the exact limit and conditions with your accountant, as the rules may change.
How to use it
After the session, forward our invoice to your accountant or HR department, or upload it to the required app. The invoice is a valid expense document for receiving the employer health benefit.

Company group health insurance
Many companies offer employees group health insurance that covers massage services. The MV Therapy massage therapist with a level 6 professional certificate meets the requirements set by group insurance. Our invoice contains all the details needed to claim compensation.
