Training program description: Hands as Wings training program is designed for those who want to learn various massage techniques to relieve everyday tension and stress. The program focuses on the hands, upper body, fingers, and neck areas, and teaches different techniques such as palpation, trigger point therapy, PIR technique, STR (Soft Tissue Release) techniques, and much more.

The aim of the training program is to help learners acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to care for and treat their own body. Learners will learn how to apply massage techniques to different areas of the body to reduce daily stress and tension.

Training program content:

Introduction to massage techniques and their use in different areas of the body
Palpation and muscle tension detection
Trigger point therapy and its use for pain relief
Using PIR technique to stretch and relax muscles
Learning STR techniques and their application
Use of massage oil and its impact on health
Practical exercises and application of techniques in different situations

Training duration and format: The training lasts a total of 16 hours and is divided into two days. The training is hands-on, where learners can immediately practice what they have learned and do exercises with other participants.
