Legs Open - Massage training for self-treatment and relaxation

Training program description: Hands as Wings training program is designed for those who want to learn various massage techniques to relieve daily tension and stress. The program focuses on the legs, feet, shins, or knee areas and teaches various techniques such as palpation, trigger point therapy, PIR technique, STR (Soft Tissue Release) techniques, and much more.

The aim of the training program is to help learners acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to take care of and treat their own bodies. Learners will learn how to apply massage techniques to different body areas to reduce daily stress and tension.

Training program content:

· Introduction to massage techniques and their use in different body areas

· Palpation and muscle tension detection

· Trigger point therapy and its use for pain relief

· PIR technique for muscle stretching and relaxation
