Training program:
Part I - Introduction to the world of massage
• History and healing effects of massage
• Main types of massage and their differences
• The physical and mental health benefits of massage
Part II - Practical skills for giving a massage
• Introduction to muscle groups
• Simple and effective techniques for relieving muscle tension
• Technical aspects of massage: pressure, tempo, and sequence of movements
• Correct posture and ergonomics during a massage
Part III - Applying massage in daily life
• Giving massages to loved ones, partners, and oneself
• Instruction on massaging different body parts: back, hands, legs, neck, and shoulders
• Integrating massage into a daily relaxation routine
The training consists of both theoretical and practical parts, where participants learn how to perform massages on different body parts. The training is intended for anyone interested in learning massage without deep anatomical knowledge, who want to offer relaxation and healing to their loved ones, partners, or themselves. The training takes place in small groups to ensure individual attention and feedback.
